Please add Move support Mizuguchi. Also never even thought about adding 3D until this article. I think he will actually consider it. Games like his could really take advantage of manipulating depth that the more relastic games aren't as allowed to do.

The Xbox 360 can theoretically do 3D also, but the bandwidth of the HDMI that the 360 uses is about half that of the PS3. So say there is a game that both the PS3 and 360 can render at 720p at 30 fps (for each eye). Now the PS3 can shove all that information to the TV, but the 360 can only do about half that even if it is capable of rendering the graphics. I don't actually know the real cut off limits (it's probably higher than 720p at 30 fps for each eye), but if the PS3 was pushi...

Well as a glasses wearer I don't mind having two pair on if they fit well together. The glasses are not an issue to me as I have lived my whole life looking through lenses. Whether 3D is autosteroscopic or glasses based it makes no difference - I still wear glasses to see both.

Sony's getting my money this week. Fat Princess and Shooter here I come.

DLC in my opinion is OK when it doesn't change the core of the game. Map packs or clothing doesn't change the main game only how it looks. However, new characters in a fighting game is just wrong. They should have been there to begin with. I want to be able to carry my disc somewhere else and play the whole game on another machine.

@MicroSony4Life

Raztad basically explained. The orb not only tells you where the controller is in the 2D plane that the camera sees, but it also tells you indirectly how far you are from the camera to to get full 3D position data. This is done by looking at the size of the ball on that 2D image. Smaller orbs mean the controller is farther away from the camera whereas larger orbs means it is closer. Looking at how they implement the controller you can see why they made the...

The orb is one of the reasons why the Move is not the Wiimote. The Wiimote accelerometers (all accelerometers do this) drift over time making it difficult to have one to one motion control. The Move uses the PlayStation Eye as a way to keep track of the controller always even if it experiences a little drift. Without it much of the precision is lost.

@GWAVE

I remember those days. I actually measure the length of time here by the different fanboys that have come and gone. Zhuk, TheMart, Bungie.... oh the nostalgia

You and I both. I really need to pull out my Ages game. I can't remember if I finished that game or got stuck trying to find a portal to the future or the past.

I really wish Nintendo would let Capcom make some more games in the Zelda franchise. Ages and Seasons along with The Minish Cap were very enjoyable.

One of my friends who is leaps and bounds better than me at Halo doesn't have certain achievements because he didn't get them early on when he started playing. Now he is up there with the really good people and is unable to get some due to the skill that everyone has. Kills just aren't as easy.

The only good online trophies are the ones that are included to get you to try the online modes of games. If I recall Uncharted 2 only asked you to play like 10 matches or so to get the platinum. That's perfectly reasonable.

As long as they say there will be a sequel or heck a spiritual sequel to Mirror's Edge I will be happy. That game although it had a few shortcomings took a defiant stance against the overwhelming number uninspired gritty war games. I found myself admiring the sterile yet vibrant colors that were all around me. Don't forget this game EA.

I literally just finished Condemned only like 20 minutes ago. If the second is as enjoyable as the first I would love to see mor...

DLC Trophies are OK as long as they aren't factored into the Platinum Trophy, but multiplayer trophies should be avoided in most circumstances. The only time I would allow the latter is if the game is primarily multiplayer to begin with.

Looks like it's about time for me to buy Shooter and Fat Princess. I diligently wait months to years to get price cuts.

I am really liking this website. The execution of it is really good (home avatars for demonstrations was a great idea).

There is a difference between the two. It is viable for Apple because everything is cheap(ish) and small, but games that Sony puts out on their system are ~$40 and much larger.

It would be nice to see a game that goes at slower pace and shows off the Killzone engine better. As nice as it looks you tend to worry about enemy shooting you rather the scenery in the game. I would love to see some platformers, there just aren't as many as there use to be. The multiplayer craze leaves some genres in the dust unfortunately.

I was going to say that you meant the Super Nintendo, but I had forgotten about the addon you were specifically talking about. Looking back at all of Nintendo's consoles most have the some form of interconnectability (whew.. that word is a bit longer than I thought) with the handhelds. Although I would like that to happen with the DS, the two screens along with the touch functions throw a wrench in that dream. However, ports as the article talks about look to be very possible.
